The treatments are generally mild and painless. In some cases, there may be mild tenderness during the first 24–48 hours after the session, which is a normal reaction of the body to the treatment.

The number of sessions depends on the nature and duration of the problem. In acute conditions, results are visible after the first 2–3 sessions. For chronic conditions, a personalized program of 6–10 sessions is usually required.

Osteopathy is a holistic therapeutic approach that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure and function. It is intended for people with musculoskeletal problems, chronic pain, spinal conditions, and those seeking prevention and an improved quality of life.
